Article 24, vote to accept the provisions <strong>of</strong> the General Laws<br />

Chapter 40, Section 22F relative to the authority <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Town</strong> to fix<br />

reasonable fees for licenses, permits or certificates issued pursuant to<br />

statutes or regulations.<br />

Article 25, to see if the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to amend Chapter 213<br />

<strong>of</strong> the Code <strong>of</strong> <strong>Falmouth</strong>, Vehicles and Traffic, by adopting the following<br />

noise abatement bylaw.<br />

Article 26, a hold by Mr. Schmitt.<br />

Article 27, this is – the recommendation is indefinite<br />

postponement. It’s to see if the Selectmen would roll back the recent 62<br />

percent water rate increase.<br />
