So, we’ve been successful in tying the percentage contribution<br />
to the programs that are the best for both the employee and the <strong>Town</strong>.<br />
The next step is to revisit the overall structure <strong>of</strong> these programs to make<br />
sure that they are very competitive with that state program, but <strong>of</strong>fer better<br />
benefits as well as a lower cost. And I hope that answers your question.<br />

And Mr. Whritenour, I don’t agree with everything that you just said<br />
because, number one, that’s the health program that I’m retired under, and<br />
some <strong>of</strong> the statements that you just said I don’t think are perfectly true,<br />
Sir.<br />
First <strong>of</strong> all, it’s a program open to <strong>Town</strong> employees. It’s not a<br />
– it’s a state run program. I’m not the expert on it. Health care is fine.<br />
There was a move by the state and the state’s been behind it. And I think<br />
the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Falmouth</strong> should do everything in its power to investigate this<br />
program because it <strong>of</strong>fers a great deal <strong>of</strong> savings to the taxpayer.<br />
I’m a retired public school teacher. I was never a state<br />
employee. I was a town employee for the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> Wareham. So, if you’re<br />
going to discuss it, Sir, discuss it with correct terminology. And it has very<br />
good parts to it. We’re not going to discuss health care here on <strong>Town</strong>
