aptation transform contains a non-linear correction in the<br />

blue region. In many applications, as in basICColor <strong>display</strong>,<br />

profiles according to the latest specification (including the<br />

correct chromatic adaptation tag).<br />

Under windows, v4 profiles do not make sense since the<br />

Windows color management system ICM is not capable<br />

of utilizing these profiles (ACE, the CMM built into Adobe<br />

products can handle v4 profiles).<br />
