The batch culture model requires 15 equations and 18 parameters. Using the<br />

parameter estimates h m experimental data, the model can be solved simultaneously for<br />

six variables (G, X, X+, E, P and F) <strong>by</strong> C cornputer programming.<br />

5.32 Parameter Estimation<br />

The parameter values used for model simdation are summhd in Table 1. The values <strong>of</strong><br />
