Figure 193 illustrates how to configure a dot1p-priority:<br />

Usage<br />

dot1p-priority priority-value INTERFACE The dot1p-priority command changes the priority of<br />

incoming traffic on the interface. FTOS places traffic<br />

marked with a priority in the correct queue and processes<br />

that traffic according to its queue.<br />

When you set the priority for a port channel, the physical<br />

interfaces assigned to the port channel are configured<br />

with the same value. You cannot assign the dot1p-priority<br />

command to individual interfaces in a port channel. Refer<br />

to Table 28 for more information about entering<br />

dot1p-priority values.<br />

FTOS Behavior: The C-Series and S-Series distribute eight dot1p priorities across four data queues.<br />

This is different from the E-Series, which distributes eight dot1p priorities across eight queues<br />

(Table 28).<br />
