The Dashpot Decrement Rate Function parameters live at 732A as unsigned 16-bit<br />
words. To convert them to decimal, divide both the “X” values (Dashpot[lb/min]) and<br />
the “Y” values (Decrement Rate [lb/min]) by 4096.<br />
