PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 16. The applicant shall provide a 10 foot landscape buffer along the east side of the proposed local internal roadway (east of Hole 5 & 6) and south of the proposed lake/retention area (adjacent to Pete’s Lane). This landscape buffer shall be installed prior to the construction of the internal roadway. This landscape buffer shall be on a designated open space/landscape tract dedicated to the Home Owners Association (HOA) or similar entity. [No longer proposed on plan] 17. 6. All submitted site plans shall be binding and all conditions of approval herein shall be reflected on all subsequent submittals to Polk County. 18.
