Administrative Services is a support department to all other Town departments. This group considers
quality customer service as one of the most important aspects of the daily work environment. This
department core strength is to be respectful, considerate and understanding of all taxpayers, employees and
visitors to the Town of Meredith. Maintaining certifications and networking opportunities with other
municipalities and State agencies is strongly encouraged.
The department’s goal remains consistent with prior years; continue to implement innovations that will
streamline processes and systems to enable staff to maintain the high level of efficiency and competency
that has come to be expected from the staff. For the past several years, this department has had to manage
increased responsibilities while managing with very limited resources. The Administrative Services staff
consistently performs at a high level and manages all expectations at a professional level.
