Inter-Lakes School District<br />

Recommendation: No funding is recommended at this time.<br />

Rationale: In its 6-year building improvement plan, the District identified two projects that meet the CIP<br />

project threshold; (1) High School re-paving at $110,000; and (2) High School Auditorium seating at<br />

$100,000. The Facilities Maintenance Expendable Trust Fund balance as <strong>of</strong> 12/31/12 is estimated at<br />

$284,786.<br />

refinancing.<br />
