Recommendation: No funding is recommended at this time.
Rationale: In its 6-year building improvement plan, the District identified two projects that meet the CIP
project threshold; (1) High School re-paving at $110,000; and (2) High School Auditorium seating at
$100,000. The Facilities Maintenance Expendable Trust Fund balance as of 12/31/12 is estimated at
$284,786.
