ideal instrument for players who are new to the

traditional Fender basses with a shorter scale neck,

David knows a few things about what makes a rockin’ bass, which is why
he chose to work closely with Peavey in designing his signature bass.
The Zodiac DE Scorpio bass guitar gives you the sound quality of a
traditional electric bass with modern features for today’s players. The
Zodiac DE Scorpio — “Scorpio” being a reference to Dave’s astrological
zodiac sign — offers a combination of easy playability,
great sound, and durable, roadworthy construction.
This bass features a solid alder body with sculpted front
and back contours, and the maple neck is topped with
a rosewood fingerboard with a nut-width of 1.5" for
fast-fretting metal action. Electronically, the Zodiac DE
is equipped with a Switchcraft jack, two volumes and
one tone control, and Seymour Duncan Quarter-Pound
staggered and straight single-coil bass pickups for a
great range of tones. The pickguard is chrome-plated,
