It’s all about Line 6
What was life like before Line 6?
Imagine being in a stuffy recording studio
already brimming with guitars, amps, and
stompboxes, and everything’s ground to a halt
because the guitarist is looking for that elusive
“it” sound that sits just right on a track.

amplifi ers and harried roadies running on- and

amp, the AxSys 212, providing guitarists with

Representing the next step in guitar recording,
POD freed players not only from being limited
by their amps, but even from being limited by
their recording environments. Now guitarists
could get great tone anywhere, anytime, from
a few simple knob twists on Line 6’s distinctive
kidney bean-shaped units. The POD line has
expanded to include bass models, fl oor and
rackmount versions for live use, even new
