2. Notes to the financial information
2.1 The Company was incorporated on 28 March 2007. The Company has not yet commenced business,
no audited statutory financial statements have been made up and no dividends have been declared or paid since
the date of incorporation.
2.2 The unaudited non-statutory accounts are prepared by the directors in accordance with the accounting
standards issued by the Accounting Standards Board and published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
Ireland (Generally Accepted Accounting Practice in Ireland) for inclusion in the Offering Circular dated 23 May
2007.
On incorporation the authorised share capital of the Company amounted to €100, divided into 100 ordinary
shares of €1 each. 2 ordinary shares of the Issuer have been issued and are each paid up to €1, and all of which
are held by Titan Series Holdings Limited and its nominees.
