We confirm to the best of our knowledge that the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December
2011 give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Group as
required by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the European Union (EU) and that
the consolidated management report for the year ended 31 December 2011 gives a true and fair view of the development
and performance of the business and the position of the Group, together with a description of the principal
risks and uncertainties the Group faces.
We confirm to the best of our knowledge that the separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December
2011 give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of PALFINGER AG
as required by the Austrian Business Code (UGB) and that the management report for the year ended 31 December
2011 gives a true and fair view of the development and performance of the business and the position of the
Company, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties the Company faces.
