The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Home Inspection:<br />

Business Owner Operator Inspector program provides both the<br />

education and practical experience required by state<br />

certification requirements to become a state-certified home<br />

inspector. Additionally, this program includes courses in<br />

accounting, business, communications, and real estate to<br />

further enhance the professional expertise and small business<br />

success of a state-certified home inspector. State-certified home<br />

inspectors can operate their own home inspection business in<br />

the State of Arizona.<br />

The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Home Inspection: Basic<br />

Inspector program provides both relevant and required<br />

education along with practical, hands-on training in the<br />

occupational field of residential home inspecting under the<br />

direct supervision of a state-certified home inspector as<br />

mandated by state law. Since only state-certified home<br />

inspectors are permitted to carry out home inspections on<br />

behalf of their client, this program is aligned to provide both<br />

the education and practical experience demanded by the state's<br />

certification requirements.<br />
