of moderate to high intensity.<br />
Students enrolled in Weight Training could earn a 0.5 credit of Team<br />

Students enrolled in this course assist Special Education Services<br />
students in a variety of physical education activities. Students enrolled<br />
in this course will be working with special needs students.<br />
This course is designed to create and produce dance and step<br />
rhythmic movements that embody the history of African dance.<br />
Students will develop a personal fitness program that uses aerobic<br />
activities as a foundation. Students enrolled in this course could<br />
experience activity levels of moderate to high intensity. Students<br />
enrolled in STEP could earn up to 2 semesters of Aerobic Activities<br />
credit. This course may include performances at pep rallies and some<br />
sports events. Other performances may include some district<br />
performances/activities.<br />
