Eating disorders specialist teams have been developed throughout the region. With reference to ADD <strong>and</strong> ASD the Northern<br />

Trust identified service developments but no service delivery plan was outlined. The Southern Trust indicated that CAMHS do not<br />

have a specific remit for specialist management <strong>of</strong> behavioural problems associated with autism; however the child <strong>and</strong> family<br />

clinics will assess <strong>and</strong> treat co-morbid psychiatric disorders. The Western Trust women <strong>and</strong> <strong>Child</strong>ren's Directorate has developed<br />

a plan which includes ADD <strong>and</strong> ASD. Belfast Trust indicated that children with co-morbidity are seen within CAMHS but no<br />

specific service development plan or service delivery plan is in place. Until a specific Tier 3 team is developed these young people<br />

are being managed within the generic CAMH service.<br />
