15.3.4 Restoring From Old Snapshot<br />

1. Rename the snapshot<br />

Rename the snapshot filesystem from "main" to "back" so that you can mount it<br />

without unmounting "main". This is not a requirement. Use the “--reformat” flag<br />

to tunefs.lustre to force the name change.<br />

cfs21:~# tunefs.lustre --reformat --fsname=back --writeconf<br />

/dev/volgroup/MDTb1<br />
