People in Greece Look
For Invasion in Spring
From Eastern Edition
BATAVIA, N. Y.—Nikitas D. Dipson, head
of the Dipson circuit, flew back to his headquarters
here from Greece, where his wife
and daughter are remaining. On arriving in
Batavia, he presided at a meeting of all executives
of the company.
Dipson reported there is a general feeling
among the Greek people that war may come
in the Balkans this spring. He said the
Greek people point to a similarity in their
position and that of the South Koreans.
Their country, too, is a peninsula and is
bordered on the north by a Russian satellite,
Bulgaria. "The Russians always manage to
get someone else to do their fighting," Dipson
commented, "so it is natural to assume
that Bulgaria may invade Greece."
