Introduction:<br />
Review <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> previous lesson and memory verse. Emphasize <strong>the</strong> authority <strong>of</strong> Christ over<br />
water and winds.<br />
Prepare <strong>the</strong> following visual aids:<br />
The same aids <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> previous lessons plus <strong>the</strong> following.<br />
A fishing hook with a paper fish joined to it.<br />
A net <strong>of</strong> cloth or thread full <strong>of</strong> fish made out <strong>of</strong> paper.<br />
A big picture about <strong>the</strong> story.<br />
Tell <strong>the</strong> students about <strong>the</strong> sea and fish and how fish live.<br />
How are fish caught and when?(at night when <strong>the</strong>y sleep!) The servant explains how fish are<br />
caught and how <strong>the</strong> fish jumps outside <strong>the</strong> net in an attempt to go back to <strong>the</strong> water.<br />
Who <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> disciples was a fisherman? St. Peter.<br />
Lesson Outlines:<br />
St. Peter took <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r disciples to fish at night and go back home in <strong>the</strong> morning. They sold what<br />
<strong>the</strong>y caught and <strong>the</strong>y ate <strong>the</strong> fish. One day, <strong>the</strong>y went to fish at night in two boats, as <strong>the</strong>y would fill<br />
<strong>the</strong> two boats with fish.<br />
