Introduction:<br />

Review <strong>the</strong> previous lesson and memory verse with <strong>the</strong> students<br />

Prepare visual aids to include a picture <strong>of</strong> David, <strong>the</strong> sheep FuFu, a lion and a bear.<br />

Who went to <strong>the</strong> zoo before?<br />

Have you seen a lion? How does it look like? What sound do <strong>the</strong>y make?<br />

Have you seen a bear? What color was it?<br />

Who is stronger a lion or a sheep?<br />

Who is stronger a bear or a sheep?<br />

Lesson Outlines:<br />

The child David and his love for prayer: He cared for his fa<strong>the</strong>r’s sheep. He loved those sheep and<br />

sang to <strong>the</strong>m with <strong>the</strong> flute... and <strong>the</strong> sheep ga<strong>the</strong>red around him. He had a staff not to strike <strong>the</strong> sheep<br />

but to protect <strong>the</strong>m. He cared for all.<br />

A little sheep went out. Its name was Fufu. A lion and a bear took Fufu. David asked about Fufu<br />

but Fufu was absent...it was not among <strong>the</strong> sheep. He asked <strong>the</strong> sheep to pray for Fufu. David<br />

searched for it on <strong>the</strong> mountains… he prayed: O Lord guard Fufu.<br />
