It is an honor and privilege to share with you the Leadership <strong>2004</strong>-2006 achievements on<br />

Vi"Um, Va.iue6 and ~fUp reflects the vision that I hoped to realize; the professional<br />
core values that will unite and strengthen the integrity of <strong>PNAA</strong> leadership; and shared<br />
leadership to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization.<br />
On behalf of the Philippine Nurses Association of America, I highly commend the<br />
Leadership Team <strong>2004</strong>-2006, our 34 Chapter Presidents, members, and significant others<br />
who have been my active partners through our successful journey to a Preferred Future.<br />
Your genuine commitment and sustained high performance have significantly contributed<br />
to achieving our mission and living legacy as documented in this report. Our journey to<br />
transform <strong>PNAA</strong> has been filled with many challenging and enriching leadership<br />
experiences that made us grow stronger and be better leaders of the future.<br />
There are many opportunities for us to unite and make a difference as a professional<br />
organization as we expand our sphere of influence to strategically position <strong>PNAA</strong><br />
globally in meeting the challenges of healthcare today and that of the future. Let us<br />
continue this momentum in building a stronger future for <strong>PNAA</strong> today.<br />
