Electrocardiology
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Electrocardiology is a certificate program that prepares
students for entry-level positions in hospitals, doctors’
offices and/or clinics. Students learn to record the electrical
activity of the patient’s heart for diagnostic analysis
by a physician and identify normal and abnormal
recordings.
SCHEDULING AND ENTRY OPTIONS
Classes are held in the evening with clinical experience
during day hours. The Electrocardiology program is
offered during the Summer Term and Fall Semester and
can be completed in one term.

PROGRAM INFORMATION
Dental Assistants are multi-skilled dental professionals
trained to work in many specialty areas of dentistry,
including restorative dentistry and preventive oral health
care. Students learn the skills necessary to provide
patient education, apply pit and fissure sealants, produce
intra-oral and extra-oral radiographs, polish teeth and
fillings, assist the dentist, prepare dental materials, and
manage dental offices.
SCHEDULING AND ENTRY OPTIONS
The Expanded Duty Dental Assisting program is a fulltime
day program with courses in the major starting in
the Fall Semester. Full-time students can complete the
program in two semesters and a Summer Term. General
Education courses are offered both day and evening
and can be completed at any time before or during the
program.
