In the Side Panel of the view containing the primer pairs you can adjust the Primer Table Settings,
to specify the info you want to display in the table, e.g. Fragment length
Clicking a primer pair in the table will make a corresponding selection on the sequence in the view.
At this point, you can settle on a specific primer pair or save the table for later. If you want to use
the first primer pair for your experiment, right-click the primer pair in the table and save the primers.
