1.0 Overview of BMC 12H<br />
1.1 BMC 12H Definition<br />
MCG BMC 12H is a PWM brushless servo drive designed to drive brushless type DC<br />
servo motors at a high switching frequency. Operating efficiencies approach 99 %.<br />

1.3 Drive Features<br />
• Analog interface, !10 volts analog interface.<br />
• Single red/green LED indicates operating status.<br />
• Over voltage protection.<br />
• Over current protection.<br />
• Over temperature protection.<br />
• Short circuit protection across motor, ground and power leads.<br />
• Designed to interface with digital controllers or could be used as a stand-alone drive.<br />
• Requires a single (1 f) phase or three (3 f) phase AC power source (70 - 270 Vac).<br />
• Loop Gain, Current Limit, Command Gain and Offset can be adjusted using 15 turn<br />
potentiometers.<br />
• The Offset adjusting potentiometer can also be used as an onboard input signal for testing<br />
purposes when SW-1 is ON (position 1 of the DIP switch is ON).<br />
• Agency approvals, UL recognized.<br />
