CECILIA BAKER Vice President of Ticket Operations<br />

Cecilia Baker joined the <strong>Flyers</strong> in February of 1975 and is currently the vice<br />

president of ticket operations, a position to which she was promoted in<br />

September 2002. Baker oversees all aspects of the <strong>Flyers</strong> ticket office.<br />

Baker has held various positions with the club over the past 35 years, including<br />

director of ticket operations, ticket manager and assistant ticket manager.<br />

Baker also worked in the ticket office of the <strong>Philadelphia</strong> Eagles from 1967<br />

through 1975.<br />

She is single and resides in <strong>Philadelphia</strong>.<br />

PAT FERRILL<br />

Vice President of Rink Management<br />

& Fan Development<br />

Pat Ferrill, the vice president of rink management and fan development for<br />

Comcast-Spectacor, has led the <strong>Flyers</strong> Skate Zone Division for the company<br />

since 1998. Ferrill was previously the manager of business development<br />

for the National Hockey League. Prior to his tenure with the NHL, Ferrill<br />

served as general manager of the IceLine Skating Complex in West Chester,<br />

Pennsylvania.<br />

Ferrill has nearly 30 years of coaching experience from Mite to Tier I Midget,<br />

and also spent six seasons as the head men’s ice hockey coach at Villanova<br />

University. He has earned Master Level accreditation in the USA Hockey<br />

Coaching Education Program.<br />

Ferrill is the President of Team Comcast, the Tier I “AAA” youth hockey club<br />

that has had much success over the last several years both on the ice and with players moving on to higher<br />

levels. He also currently serves as National Coach-in-Chief for USA Hockey InLine. He has served as the<br />

assistant coach and team leader for the US National Team at the 1999 Spring InLine Hockey Cup in Helsinki,<br />

Finland, and was also the head coach of the National Junior Team for the 1998 InLine Hockey Junior World<br />

Championships. Ferrill is also in his 16th year with the Atlantic District Player Development Program.<br />

Ferrill sits on the Board of Directors for Serving The American Rinks (STAR), a national facilities association<br />

established as a joint-venture by USA Hockey and the United States Figure Skating Association to deliver<br />

educational training to the ice rink industry.<br />
