CINDY STUTMAN Vice President of Customer Solutions<br />

Cindy Stutman is in her 10th season with the <strong>Flyers</strong>. She was promoted to<br />

the position of Vice President of Customer Solutions in November of 2007.<br />

In her role, she is responsible for the creation and execution of added-value<br />

benefits and programs for season ticket holders, as well as overseeing the<br />

activities and development of the customer service department and ticket<br />

office. Stutman joined the <strong>Flyers</strong> in 2003 as a customer service manager.<br />

Prior to joining the <strong>Flyers</strong>, she was a customer service manager with the<br />

<strong>Philadelphia</strong> 76ers for five seasons.<br />

Stutman graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a<br />

Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Sport Management. She is<br />

single and resides in <strong>Philadelphia</strong>.<br />

Jim Willits Vice President of Sales<br />

Jim Willits joined the <strong>Flyers</strong> in June 2005. He is responsible for revenue<br />

generation through the marketing and sales of individual, season and group<br />

tickets to all <strong>Flyers</strong> games. He was promoted to the position of Vice President<br />

in June 2007 after two seasons as the senior director of sales. He also was<br />

previously in charge of ticket sales for the <strong>Philadelphia</strong> Phantoms from 2005<br />

to 2009.<br />

The <strong>Flyers</strong> have seen unprecedented success in attendance since Willits<br />

joined the <strong>Flyers</strong>, establishing new regular season attendance records<br />

several times over. The <strong>Flyers</strong> finished the 2011-12 season with an 83-game<br />

sellout streak that dated back to November 2010. During the 2010 Stanley<br />

Cup Final, the Fyers broke their single-game record three times, peaking at a<br />

crowd of 20,327 at Game 6 on June 4, 2010. The club also ranked first in the<br />

NHL among U.S.-based teams in paid tickets for the 2009-10 season.<br />

Before joining the <strong>Flyers</strong>, Willits worked for the Cleveland Indians from 2002-2004 and was director of ticket<br />

sales for the club, where his duties included overseeing ticket sales, premium seating and customer service<br />

departments. Willits was also instrumental in the developing and implementing a dedicated Customer Service<br />

Department for Season Ticket Holders.<br />

Willits worked for the Phoenix Coyotes from 1996 through 2002, rising from an account executive to the<br />

position of director of ticket sales. His duties included overseeing ticket sales and customer service, and<br />

he was instrumental in maximizing revenue and customer service in a non-traditional hockey market. Willits<br />

developed and created cutting-edge marketing and ticketing campaigns for the Coyotes. In the Coyotes’ first<br />

four seasons, the club played to 94-percent capacity, including 69 sellouts.<br />

A native of Bronson, Iowa, Willits earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and a minor<br />

in Business from Northwest Missouri State University. Jim and his wife, Meredyth, have four children –<br />

daughters Skylar and Emersyn and sons Cody and Brock – and reside in Haddonfield, New Jersey.<br />
