Playoffs: Registered four points (3G, 1A) along with two PIM… Recorded his first hat trick on April 13 at PIT in Game 2<br />

of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals… Regular Season: Scored game-winner against NJD on March 13… Posted a<br />

five-game goal-scoring streak Jan. 8-17 (5G, 1A), which marked the first time in franchise history that two rookies had<br />

posted five-game goal-scoring streaks in the same season (Matt Read, Nov. 13-21)… scored his second short-handed<br />

goal of the season, also the game winning goal, against MIN on Jan. 17th…Scored the GWG on Jan. 10 @CAR and<br />

on Jan. 12 @NYI… missed four games (Dec. 19-27) after taking slapshot to the side of the head vs. BOS on Dec. 17…<br />

Recorded two goals vs. CBJ on Nov. 5 … Recorded first NHL goal @ OTT on October 18… recorded first NHL point, an<br />

assist, on Oct. 12 vs. VAN… made his NHL debut on October 6 at BOS as the first 18-year-old to make the <strong>Flyers</strong> opening<br />

night roster since defenseman Luca Sbisa did so in 2008.<br />

CAREER<br />

2010-11: Appeared in 58 games for Drummondville Voltigeurs (QMJHL) …. Tied for fourth in QMJHL with 96 points (36G,<br />

60A), hitting that number for the second consecutive year… named the league’s Most Valuable Player, top 2011 Draft<br />

Prospect and was selected as a First-Team All-Star… Also finished second in the league with a plus-55 rating… was<br />

the youngest and only draft-eligible player on Team Canada at the 2011 World Junior Hockey Championships, winning<br />

a silver medal. 2009-10: Played 68 games for Drummondville… recorded 96 points (41G, 55A) to lead the QMJHL in<br />

scoring, becoming the first 17-year-old to do so since Sidney Crosby with Rimouski Oceanic in 2004-05… also led the<br />

team with a plus-62 rating while often playing against the opposition’s top players. 2008-09: Appeared in 58 games for<br />

the Drummondville Voltigeurs (QMJHL)… recorded 31 points (9G, 22A)… won a gold medal with Canada’s Under-18<br />

team at the 2009 Memorial of Ivan Hlinka tournament. 2007-08: played for the Notre Dame Hounds in 2007-08, winning<br />

the Saskatchewan Midget AAA championship alongside Jaden Schwartz (14th overall by St. Louis in 2010) and Brandon<br />

Gormley (13th overall by Phoenix in 2010). Personal: Father Sylvain was drafted 65th overall by Los Angeles in 1986 and<br />

played 33 games with the Kings between 1988-89 and 1991-92… is now the General Manager of the Acadie-Bathurst<br />

Titans in the QMJHL.<br />
