Catherine Van Dusen Godschalk
Catherine Godschalk is the Branch Director for Self-Help’s Washington, DC office and
manages Self-Help’s commercial real estate and affordable housing lending in the
Washington, DC region. Prior to joining Self-Help in 2005, Catherine was a senior
policy analyst in the Housing and Community Development Division of Fannie Mae,
where she managed a team of analysts focused on policy and program development
related to expanding minority and low-income homeownership. Catherine holds a
Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University and a Masters of Public Policy
from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She lives in the
Washington, DC area with her husband and two young children.
