Terri J. Fowlkes
Terri J. Fowlkes is a Senior Vice President and Director of CitiMortgage’s Strategic
Markets Group. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing strategies, initiatives
and partnerships to grow mortgage business among minority and low- and moderateborrowers
across Citi’s national footprint. Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Fowlkes has served
as Mortgage Director for the National Federation of Community Development Credit
Unions and as Vice President and Residential Lending Manager for Carver Federal
Savings Bank. Ms. Fowlkes also serves as an adjunct professor at York College, where
she teaches mortgage banking classes. Ms. Fowlkes has numerous years of experience in
mortgage lending, corporate lending and venture capital. She has a strong commitment to
increasing and sustaining homeownership for homeowners and potential homeowners
across the nation.
Ms. Fowlkes holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of
Business.
