Installing the Marin-5
Connecting the Marin-5 Drain Tubing
There are three liquid drain lines to install on the back of the Marin-5
unit. To set up these drain lines:
1. Attach the individual (3 each) drain lines to the barbed
fittings on the bottom of the drain peristaltic pump. See
Figure 3- 12.

2. The outlet of the drain lines may be placed in a suitable
waste container.
NOTE:
The drain tubing supplied is Teflon® FEP-lined Tygon® tubing. When
attaching this tubing, be careful that the inner lining does not come
away and block the flow of waste liquid. If the lining does come away,
the affected area may be removed and the remaining length of tubing
attached.
