Reports (continued) Contract Information Displays a list of all the currently Found employee records, indicating the complete name, Social Security number, contract type, SAG schedule, project type, role and location for each one. EMP Address List Displays a list of all the currently Found employee records, indicating the complete name, address and primary phone number for each one. The Latest column is used for the Find Unique Set of Time Cards feature (see page 46) and is not a data entry or searchable column. Note the designations it displays: Needs SS# - the record lacks a Social Security number in the relevant field. Unique – these cards will be selected and displayed when you click the Find Unique Set of Time Cards button. Mass Time Card Duplication Displays a list of all the currently Found time cards, along with instructions on how to use these to create a new set of payroll records. This functionality is one of the major time-saving features of Showbiz SAG Time Cards: duplicate last weeks’ cards to create a new set of time cards for your entire crew and then begin entering, copying and pasting the work hours for the most recent work week.
