Undo – Removes the most recent data you entered and reverts the field which it occupied to its previous
state.
Cut – Removes the selected data and makes it available to paste into another field.
Copy – Creates a duplicate of the selected data and makes it available to paste into another field.
Paste – Places the most recently cut or copied data into the currently selected field.
Paste Special – Allows you to paste the most recently cut or copied data in the currently selected field as
unformatted text.
Clear – Deletes the contents of the currently selected field(s) and does not preserve them for further use such
as
pasting.
Select All – Automatically makes the contents of the main window ready for further operations such as
copying.
Find/Replace – Opens the Find/Replace dialogue box, which allows you to define text you want to search
for, where you’d like to search for it and what you want to replace it with.
Spelling – Opens the “Spelling” dialogue box, which allows you to define where you want to check spelling
and what source against which to check them.
Object – Not Applicable.
Export Field Contents – Allows you to save the contents of the presently selected field to a folder of your
choosing under a file name which you create.
Preferences – Opens the Preferences dialogue box, which contains five tabs that allow you to change
settings governing the appearance of the program and the amount of memory used by the program.
