50 ORGANISATION OF MEETINGS<br />
50.1 Legal Authorisations<br />
No meeting may be organised without written authorisation from the<br />
MCRCB.<br />
50.2 Supplementary Regulations (S.R.)<br />
- For every competition there shall be drawn up Regulations, supplementary<br />
to this Code and its Appendices. These Supplementary Regulations shall<br />
not be in conflict with this Code or its Appendices and shall be approved<br />
by the MCRCB.<br />
- The Supplementary Regulations are to include all information relevant to<br />
the particular competition for the information of Entrants, Riders and<br />
Passengers, and shall include a form inviting entry into the competition.<br />
- They must be issued a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.<br />
50.2.1 Amendments to the Supplementary Regulations<br />
The Steward(s) of the Meeting or MCRCB may authorise amendments to the<br />
Supplementary Regulations provided that it is brought to the attention of all<br />
persons concerned by the issue of a Bulletin and does not conflict with the<br />
Code or General Regulations.<br />
50.3 Championship Regulations<br />
The Championship Regulations will contain conditions pertaining to the<br />
Championship.<br />
50.3.1 Amendments to the Championship Regulations<br />
The MCRCB may authorise amendments to the Championship Regulations<br />
provided that it is brought to the attention of all persons concerned by the<br />
issue of a Bulletin and does not conflict with the Code.<br />
50.4 Final Instructions<br />
The Organising Body may issue Final Instructions which should be the first<br />
Bulletin for that meeting. They must comply with the Regulations including<br />
the Supplementary Regulations.<br />
Non compliance with the Final Instructions from any member of a team may<br />
result in exclusion from the meeting for that competitor and possible further<br />
penalty.<br />
It will include:<br />
1) Paddock opening times.<br />
2) Paddock layout.<br />
3) The times for access to the garages, when available.<br />
4) Garage allocation.<br />
5) Hospitality Area.<br />
6) Signing on times.<br />
7) Technical Control times.<br />
8) Practice and Race Times and Distance.<br />
9) General Paddock Regulations.<br />
50.5 Bulletins<br />
There are three categories of Bulletins:<br />
50.5.1 GENERAL<br />
Issued by the MCRCB to apply to the Championship and to a Race Meeting<br />
notifying a change to the Regulations. These will be numbered for the year<br />
in sequence of issue and dated with the time of application.<br />
