50.5.2 MEETING<br />

Issued by the Clerk of the Course or the Secretary of the Meeting to apply to<br />

the meeting only. These are Information Bulletins and must comply with the<br />

Code and will give details of the Timetable, Race Distance, information and<br />

instructions to riders and teams etc. These will be identified with the meeting<br />

and numbered in sequence of issue together with the date and time of<br />

application. Normally the Final Instructions will be the first issue for the<br />

Meeting.<br />

50.5.3 TIMEKEEPING<br />

Issued by the Chief Timekeeper on behalf of MCRCB and countersigned by<br />

the Clerk of the Course or his deputy. These will be identified with the<br />

meeting and numbered in sequence of issue together with the date and time<br />

of application. These will be declared official 30 minutes after the time of<br />

issue unless a protest or appeal has been received.<br />

50.6 Drawing up of the Official Documents<br />

All official documents relating to a meeting (Supplementary Regulations,<br />

programme, entry form, Bulletins etc.) must be in accordance with the<br />

MCRCB Sporting Code.<br />

50.7 Announcement of Results<br />

The announcement of results must be made as stated in the Code or<br />

Supplementary Regulations and if not issued or posted on the day, shall be<br />

sent to the competitors as soon as practicable, but in no case later than 14<br />

days after the competition has concluded or the end of any Judicial<br />

Procedures.<br />

50.8 False Advertising<br />

Any Entrant or corporate body advertising the results of an ACU or MCRCB<br />

competition, record attempt or official certified test, shall state the exact<br />

conditions of the performance referred to, the nature of the competition, the<br />

category and class of the motorcycle where applicable, the make of the<br />

engine if not the maker's own construction, and the position obtained in its<br />

category and class. Any infringement of this rule, whether by way of<br />

omission from or addition to the particulars required to be stated or<br />

otherwise, shall render the person or body by whose authority or on whose<br />

behalf the advertisement is published or issued liable to the penalties<br />

provided by Judicial Procedures. This rule shall also apply to any<br />

advertisement in connection with any tour or test not officially observed.<br />

50.9 Preliminary Verifications<br />

Verification of administrative matters must be completed before a rider<br />

practices. Technical eligibility of machines must be completed prior to<br />

qualifying practice. Competitors must ensure that their machines and<br />

equipment comply with conditions of eligibility and safety throughout the<br />

Meeting or Official Test Day. The verification of machines must be held on<br />

the site of the Meeting. On request of the Chief Technical Officer, Clerk of<br />

the Course or their representatives the riders must present themselves for<br />

technical verification. The presentation of the machine for eligibility<br />

inspection will be deemed an implicit representation that the motorcycle fully<br />

complies with the regulations.<br />
