All <strong>of</strong> the guidance above applies to these areas. In particular, maintain the intact<br />
townscape/streetscape <strong>and</strong> good condition <strong>of</strong> the area. Ensure that ro<strong>of</strong>scapes are<br />
respected – e.g. the steeply pitched ro<strong>of</strong>s <strong>and</strong> long gable frontages in area 8A Trinity Crescent,<br />
Sunningdale <strong>and</strong> the use <strong>of</strong> hipped ro<strong>of</strong>s <strong>and</strong> shallow bay frontage/projection at area 8B<br />
Chobham Road, Sunningdale. In addition, refer to any guidance written for the Sunningdale<br />
Conservation Area for Area 8A.<br />
<strong>The</strong> underlying geology <strong>of</strong> the Sunningdale area is Bagshot Beds. Suitable native tree species<br />
include Oak, Birch, Scot's Pine, Beech <strong>and</strong> Sweet Chestnut.<br />
