9 TROUBLESHOOTING
9.1 THE POWER LED (POWER) DOES NOT SWITCH ON
• Check the fuses in the circuits.
• Check that the voltage at the circuit’s power terminals is correct. For details on the data plate and the
connections diagram, refer to this manual.
9.2 ONE OR MORE PUMPS ARE NOT RUNNING
• Check the terminals on the circuit for the pump motor for any loose screws or disconnected wires.
• Check that the voltage on the signal terminals is correct. For details on the data plate, refer to this manual.
9.3 EXCESS DETERGENT
• Check the voltage on the power supply to the system.
• Check that the concentration set point was set correctly.
• Make sure that there are no encrustation or foreign objects on the conductometric sensor that would
compromise the correct reading of the concentration in the tank.
• Make sure that the dosing time for the detergent pump has not been set at excessively high values.
9.4 TOO LITTLE DETERGENT
• Check the voltage on the power supply to the system.
• Check that the concentration set point was set correctly.
• Check the efficiency of the conductometric sensor.
• Make sure that the dosing time for the detergent pump has not been set at excessively low values.
• Check for possible chemical product leaks on the delivery line.
9.5 EXCESS RINSE AID OR SANITIZER
• Make sure that the dosing time or speed for the pump have not been set at excessively high values.
9.6 TOO LITTLE RINSE AID OR SANITIZER
• Make sure that the dosing time or speed for the pump have not been set at excessively low values.
• Check for possible chemical product leaks on the delivery line.
9.7 THE PUMP RUNS TOO SLOWLY
• Check that the roller block has not seized.
• Check lubrication of the flexible hose.
9.8 LOSS OF PRIMING ON THE DOSING PUMP
• Check the suction line for holes.
• Check that the pump’s peristaltic hoses are not cracked or punctured.
• Check that the peristaltic hoses are not worn.
9.9 ERROR MESSAGES VIA THE LEDS ON THE FRONT PANEL
Refer to paragraph 7.2 of this manual and if necessary contact your local dealer.
