Thai Flavors with Shrimp & Lobster<br />

Learn how quick and simple it is to make Lobster &<br />

Avocado Rice Paper Rolls and Shrimp Cakes with Honey<br />

& Lime. Thai spices will be used to pan-roast lobster<br />

which will be served with fragrant Jasmine Rice. Then<br />

let’s spice-up some Shrimp with Pineapple Fried Rice and<br />

another shrimp entree in savory coconut cream. There is<br />

but one great Thai-American Dessert - Ginger Ice Cream!<br />

to unravel the mysterious events surrounding President<br />

Lincoln’s life and death. Pictures, video clips, and readings of<br />

first-hand accounts will be used to detail this pivotal moment<br />

that would forever change America. Perfect for history buffs,<br />

of <strong>Monmouth</strong> Park Racetrack, Eleanor Roosevelt’s lifelong<br />

love of horses – all of these historic footnotes have one<br />

thing in common: Thompson Park! Discover the elegant and<br />

charming past as we take a journey through time and relive<br />

the days when Thompson Park was a premier Thoroughbred<br />

training and breeding estate. Our walking tour will uncover<br />

the remarkable history of the property as we take a behind<br />

the scenes look at some of the unique and distinct buildings.<br />

We will end our tour at the Colonial Revival Mansion which<br />

has served as the awe-inspiring centerpiece of the property<br />

since 1896. Seasonal refreshments will be served.<br />
