Chair Yoga<br />
(adults)<br />
You’ve probably heard the benefits of yoga: elongated<br />
muscles through gentle stretching which takes pressure<br />
off of joints and increases range of motion. Gentle<br />
forms of yoga are often recommended by the medical<br />
community for arthritis as well. Don’t be intimidated by<br />
images of more advanced, athletic yoga classes. Chair<br />
yoga allows for a gentler form of yoga for any age and<br />
many conditions. Poses can be done in the chair, as well<br />
as utilizing the chair for balance during standing poses.<br />
Finish with relaxation and breathe control and leave<br />
feeling more open, relaxed and refreshed.<br />

Fluid Yoga<br />

Fluid Yoga builds strength and fluidity in the body and<br />
mind. While we cultivate core strength for grounding,<br />
we will build fluidity throughout the body as a practice<br />
for riding the waves of life. We work in levels, so<br />
beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome;<br />
however, it is an active practice. Prana Flow certified<br />
instructor Tiffany McCann will teach the class. Please<br />
bring yoga mat and blanket if you have one.<br />

Kripalu Yoga<br />

Kripalu Yoga is accessible to everyone and encourages<br />
you to listen to your body, the ultimate authority.<br />
What defines Kripalu Yoga is its emphasis: the practice<br />
of compassionate self-acceptance, mindfulness, and<br />
safety through breath and postures. Each session will<br />
end with deep relaxation to revitalize the body. Classes<br />
are designed for all body types, ages and fitness levels.<br />

Luna Flow Yoga<br />

Luna Flow practice is perfect for the after lunch low energy<br />
feeling. The pace will be slow and fluid to allow your body<br />
space for proper digestion, while building the energy<br />
to tackle your afternoon projects. Build strength, open<br />
muscles and bring fluidity to joints. We will practice asana<br />
(poses) as well as pranayama (breathing) meditations.<br />

strength to help achieve the unachievable. Do a full pushup<br />
or crow pose, or simply enjoy a fun and challenging core<br />
exercise class. Yoga is a practice that meets you where you<br />
are, whether new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, so<br />
allow yourself to be open to the process with the goal of<br />
having fun. Bring a mat and water. Sign up for Tuesday OR<br />

Restorative Yoga<br />

Treat yourself to the luxurious practice of Restorative<br />
Yoga and experience the ease that underlies a more<br />
active yoga practice. Gentle, calming, and therapeutic,<br />
Restorative Yoga uses supportive props and emphasizes<br />
“surrendering to gravity” to allow for total relaxation<br />
in every pose. All are welcome to participate in this<br />
rejuvenating yoga style. It is a favorite for those with<br />
injuries or high stress, or during major life transitions.<br />
