Weather Cancellation Number The <strong>Monmouth</strong> <strong>County</strong> Park System has a phone number which you may call 1 1/2 hours prior to a program’s starting time to find out whether it has been cancelled due to BAD WEATHER. Please Register Early Due to limited space, there may be times when a program cannot accommodate all who want to register. Park System programs and events are promoted in many different ways. Due to the necessity of printing far in advance of circulation, there may be times when a program included in this publication will be sold out prior to general circulation. <strong>Program</strong>s that do not meet minimum enrollment may be cancelled. Please provide accurate contact information when you register so that we may notify you in the event that a program is cancelled. <strong>Program</strong> Refunds/Fees In planning trips and programs, the <strong>Monmouth</strong> <strong>County</strong> Park System incurs many non-recoverable expenses on behalf of the participant. Refund Policy 1. A full refund will be given when a program or trip is cancelled by the <strong>Monmouth</strong> <strong>County</strong> Park System. 2. No refunds or credits will be given for any sessions missed by the participant. 3. Refunds minus a $5 processing fee per program will only be issued for camps or ticketed events if the vacancy can be filled by another participant. 4. For all other programs, a refund minus a $5 processing fee and any non-recoverable expenses (e.g. pre-paid meals, tickets, etc.) will be given with the following advance notice from the registrant: • <strong>Program</strong> or one-day trip: 10 days • Multi-day van trip: 30 days • Multi-day bus trip: 60 days 5. Refund Payment: If the program/trip fee has been paid with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover, a credit will be issued to that account. If payment has been made by check, money order, or cash, a refund check will be issued. Vacation Insurance Travelers on overnight tour packages are encouraged to secure travel insurance. Registrations are on a first come, first served basis. Fees <strong>Program</strong> fees must be paid when you register. Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Phone registrations are accepted only if VISA, MasterCard, or Discover are used.
