Stroller Barre (ages 1 month-4 years, with parent) Break through to a new level of fitness with a unique blend of ballet, pilates, barre, yoga, and stroller-based exercises. This total body workout is designed to help moms build strength, increase stamina, and improve posture. Each class will incorporate pre-natal and post-natal training, focusing on strengthening and lengthening the muscles. Experience amazing results in a fun and exciting environment while entertaining your baby in the stroller at the same time. All fitness levels welcome. Children between the ages of 6 weeks to 4 years welcome. Please bring water, sunscreen, and a mat or towel for ab work. Any type of stroller may be used except for umbrella strollers.
