Proposed Lafarge/Silvercreek Development
‣ the approval of the Schedule B Environmental Assessment for the Silvercreek
Parkway underpass on the CNR;
‣ the awarding of the contract to commence construction of that underpass;
‣ implementation of the other recommended traffic/road improvements from the
updated BA traffic impact study;
‣ execution and registration of the requisite site plan agreement; and,
‣ any other appropriate conditions and requirements which emerge from the final
resolution of the outstanding technical issues still under active review/discussion
at the time of this report.
