i Notice Procedures for Public Hearing<br />
1 Notice ofthe public hearing shall be made in accordance with<br />
Lakewood Codified Ordinances no less than seven 7 days be<br />
fore the heazing said notice shall state the time place and pur<br />
pose of the hearing in accordance with Chapter 107 Publica<br />
tion of Legal Nofices ofthe Ordinances<br />
2 No less than seven daysprior to a public hearing the Commis<br />
sion additionally shall give written notice of a public hearing<br />
stating the time place and purpose to all owners and residents<br />
of property in and within 200 feetofthe property for whichei<br />
ther an HPD or an HP designation is requested<br />
j The Commission shall give due consideration to the advice ofthe Heri<br />
tage Advisory Boazd such consents to determinaton and comments as<br />
have been filed with it andthe views as may have been expressed by<br />
persons participating in the hearing before the Commission as well as<br />
any other relevant informafion brought before the Commission in mak<br />
ing its decision with respect to the<br />
proposed determinationofeach HPD<br />

mission for its review and recommendation The Commission may de<br />

submitted within ten 10 days if a request is made in writing by<br />
