Starting up the system<br />
with an A-ISOMETER<br />
There are several possibilities of starting the <strong>EDS470</strong> system:<br />
• Start the system via the contacts of the alarm relay for the insulation<br />
monitoring device, and inputs GND and IN1 of the insulation fault test<br />
device. Important: inputs IN1 and IN2 must not be used at the same<br />
time.<br />
• Start the system via the contacts of the alarm relay for the insulation<br />
monitoring device, and inputs GND and IN1 or IN2 of the control and<br />
indicating device PRC470. Important: inputs IN1 and IN2 must not be<br />
used at the same time.<br />
• Start the system manually using the Start/Stop button on the PGH471 or<br />
via software in menu 2 (EDS start) of the PRC470.<br />
