"Version #.#.#" at the top of the splash screen shows the version of the computer software.<br />
The report at the bottom of the splash screen during the start up shows the version of the<br />
software running in the control case, and which control cases have been found on the network.<br />
A status box at the bottom of the Main Menu screen will report the status of the connection.<br />
Dots will be seen following the word ―Connecting‖ until communication is established.<br />
If the <strong>HBC</strong>-<strong>4301</strong> control case is not communicating with the PC the power output will be<br />
inhibited from the zone outputs unless the zones are set to <strong>Manual</strong> power control.<br />
If communications between the PC and the control case are lost during a temperature cycle<br />
both the PC and the control case will sound an alarm.<br />
4.3 Using The Menus On The Computer<br />
The function keys or the cursor keys can be used to select the menu functions. The [ESC] key<br />
is always used to exit back to the previous menu.<br />
The tab key or the enter key can be used to move between the fields within a menu function.<br />
A prompt line has been provided at the bottom of the some screen showing the selection of<br />
keys available for the current cursor position.<br />
A pointing device can also be used with the program, however once an operator is familiar<br />
with the program it will be generally quicker to use the keys.<br />
