Fiscal Impact Analysis Model User Guide Setting Up New Users for Your Jurisdiction Each partnering jurisdiction has a designated model Administrator. Administrators are given the responsibility of managing model users for each jurisdiction. This is done by creating and managing additional “normal” users for the website. After logging into the website, Administrators can create new model users by clicking on the administrator tab and selecting “Create User Account”. • Enter a user name and password for the new user on the screen provided.
