Step 3: Capital Cost Categories (Worksheet 2)<br />
This worksheet provides rough default per-unit estimates for several broad categories of<br />
capital cost expenditures. If you know that your community’s specific per-unit costs will<br />
differ from these estimates (for example, if you know the specific type of vehicle and the<br />
cost of that vehicle), please change the numbers in Column E (“Estimated Unit Cost”) to<br />
reflect your information. Be sure to cite your sources in Column F.<br />
