Step 2: Questions (Worksheet 1)<br />
This worksheet presents three questions that are designed to help the user understand<br />
the level of local knowledge needed to use the Module. The first question indicates that<br />
if sufficient excess capacities in capital resources already exist, the Module will not be of<br />
benefit. The second question indicates that information on needed capital investments<br />
is required to use the Module. The third question indicates that users who do not have<br />
the information indicated in Questions 1 and 2 may not benefit from use of the Module.<br />
