Completion for waste disposal<br />
Waste or residues occurring during st<strong>and</strong> assembly <strong>and</strong> dismantling or during the event are to be disposed of by the exhibitor of his own costs.<br />
Legal regulations commit that the person producing waste is responsible for its proper disposal.<br />
German Recycling Economy Law (Krw-/AbfGg) from 27.09.1994<br />
The mentioned amount of waste must be properly sorted by the exhibitor <strong>and</strong> placed for disposal at the edge of the st<strong>and</strong> in the gangway. Waste/residues which<br />
are not registered will be charged at an increased fee or according outlay.<br />
The charges will be based on the actual <strong>and</strong> estimated amounts of waste during alternatively after the fair. Charges may also be levied on all exhibitors or at<br />
flat rates in special cases.<br />
The exhibitor carries the responsibility of proper disposal of any kind of waste during the assembly, dismantling <strong>and</strong> the whole fair.<br />
1. We use a:<br />
� disposal st<strong>and</strong> � disposal carpet � other floor covering � with dust sheet<br />
� reusable/system st<strong>and</strong> � reusable carpet � without dust sheet<br />
� We have ordered a complete st<strong>and</strong> (incl. carpet).<br />
� We have ordered carpet incl. disposal in the Exhibitor’s Manual.<br />
2. We have appointed an exhibition construction company.<br />

� The costs of disposal during assembly <strong>and</strong> dismantling should be charged to our exhibition construction company.<br />
3. � We will remove all our waste from the exhibition site throughout the event (during assembly, dismantling <strong>and</strong> event) an dispose of it at our<br />
own cost.<br />

The waste amounts mentioned by the exhibitor will be checked <strong>and</strong> documented by our waste-economy-consultant during assembly, dismantling<br />
<strong>and</strong> the whole fair.<br />
