expended. The contractor is entitled to claim a surcharge of 20% for orders not received by the<br />
start of assembly.<br />
Emulsion painting is only possible on wallpapered st<strong>and</strong> walls.<br />
Payment is due on completion of the work <strong>and</strong> is collected during the event.<br />
All prices plus value added tax at the statutory rate.<br />
Place of fulfilment <strong>and</strong> jurisdiction <strong>and</strong> for reminder proceedings for both parties is Forchheim.<br />
