This insurance is based on the latest edition of the General Conditions for Exhibition Insurance and the additional written conditions. The special conditions
printed on the back of this form apply to articles entered under c).
The exhibition stand must be continuously supervised during assembly and dismantling, i.e. before the start and after the end of the trade
fair/exhibition.
We hereby request insurance of our exhibition goods by ''AXA Versicherungs AG'' for a total insured sum of

a) Insurance of risks during transport and stay (theft, burglary, fire) 4,5 ‰
